I was contracted to produce a series of eLearning Videos and Socal Media campaign Videos. This job had some interesting challenges, not in executing the job but convincing a team mostly made up of woman that I could produce a femine, 'women-facing' beauty digital media assets. Because I approach all jobs the same, whereas I define the demographic and work backwards to bring ideas to the table that would have a poisitve impact on the demographic, in this case women.
